_______ Inform guests of the dial-in numbers & pass codes for your conference call. Remember, SaveOnConferences.com provides reservationless conferencing, so no advanced scheduling is necessary during your conference planning.

_______ Make a list of all the people you'd like to be present at the conference & most importantly, confirm their availability.

_______ Notify all guests of the date and time of your conference call and make sure to specify time zone.

(Tip: During your conference planning, identify what topics are most important to your participants and establish a timeline for covering each one. Ask yourself what you'd like participants to take away from the meeting and then build the agenda around it.)

______ Get verification of attendance from all participants before the call.

______ Provide guests any materials they might need in advance if possible(i.e. the agenda).

(Tip: Print a wallet card that includes pertinent information including dial in numbers, host and guest codes as well as a list of the most popular host control features. Access the wallet card on your account homepage)

______ Create an agenda for the meeting.

Before You Start The Conference Call:

______ Secure a quiet location where you won't be interrupted during the meeting or affected by surrounding noise.

______ Have a list of participants and your agenda in front of you for quick reference.

______ Keep track of the time you're devoting to topics by keeping a clock nearby.

If you've checked off everything on this list, you're done with your conference planning. Now you can feel confident that you're prepared to host a productive conference call!
