  • Q&A and/or polling ? Operator conducts a question and answer session or polling session. Callers respond via their telephone keypad, which places them into the operator?s que to ask their questions. Polling report sent after conference.
  • Operator monitoring your conference throughout the entire conference for assistance at anytime.
  • Pre-Conference ? Operator meets privately with you to discuss how you want the conference to flow.  
  • Operator Introduction ? Operator will introducethe speaker(s) and the conference.
  • Screening ? Operator(s) check off participants from a list you provide or take each caller?s name, phone number and company name. List emailed after your conference

What you will do:
  • Your guests will connect to your conference call using their guest code and the same toll- free number.
  • Talk as long as you need. There are no minimums or maximums
  • Make reservations with our operators for the day and time of your call.
  • Communicate with your audience the day, timeand instructions for the call.
  • Connect to your conference using your host code and toll-free number. The operator will be on hand from the start to assist.
