Statistics says that: Audio & Video Conferencing markets in 2007 witnessed a growth of 16.6% as against 2006.The market was worth $300.5 million, with the overwhelming majority of it was from audio conferencing services. Video conferencing however saw slightly higher growth, but this growth is decreasing at a faster rate than audio conferencing, as audio services witnessed a sustained demand throughout the region. Major Factors contributing to the growth of the Audio Conferencing services intuitive, economical and user friendly method of communication for corporate offices, dispersed across the geographies. But on the contrary, most corporates are unware of the benefits of conferencing, But most certainly there is emmence growth potential. with the emergence of many players especially in the Indian Market, the usage should increase.
