Of course, where it states vendor site or name of company in this scripting, you can replace these entries with your own.

Scripting for call atendees joining the call

1> Welcome vendor site, you have joined the name of conference call. Once the other vendor sites have joined, we will begin the conference call.

2> Welcome vendor site, you have joined name of company & number of conference call or name, once the other vendor sites have joined, we will begin the meeting.

Scripting for beginning the conference call

Welcome all vendor sites. Now that all parties have joined, let's begin the conference call with your choice of first site to speak.
