ECI Conference Call Services, a leading provider of audio and web conferencing services, today announced the appointment of R. Charles Mancini to the role of President and Chief Executive Officer.

Prior to joining ECI, Mancini was CEO of Global Name Registry, a domain name services business based in London, England. Before that he held senior operating roles at Global Crossing, including serving as Senior Vice President and General Manager of the company's GlobalCenter Europe complex web hosting business.Graham Sampson, ECI's founder, will assume the position of Chairman of the Board and will focus his energies on shaping ECI's longer-term growth strategies. He also served in senior financial management roles at Frontier Corporation (acquired by Global Crossing in 1999), including Vice President of Corporate Development. Before spending eight years at Frontier and Global Crossing, Mancini worked in the Financial Advisory Services practice at Coopers & Lybrand and at SunTrust Banks.
