ECI Conference Call Services, the largest privately-held, full-service audio and web conferencing provider, today announced the successful launch of its new billing system. The new system includes an industry leading bill format, plus customer tools that enable immediate access to key account information online, with downloadable detail and enhanced customer service and support.

ECI's new invoice features enhanced readability, improved product description legends and comprehensive call detail, providing customers with access to more information about their conferencing usage than ever before. Included in the new invoicing capabilities are a one-page summary of total account charges, credits and balance due, a payment summary that details credit card charges, and a conferencing summary section that provides information about specific calls at a glance. Expanded payment options, including credit card capabilities, provide additional flexibility for customers.

"Prospective customers tell us that an important part of their decision in selecting a conferencing services provider is the ability of the conferencing company to generate user-friendly invoices with key billing detail," said Stephen J. Pook, ECI's Vice President of Sales. "These enhancements to our invoicing system position us to successfully address a key requirement of the conferencing buyer and continue to provide the best customer service in the industry."

An optional feature, available at no charge, is online traffic information about conference call usage, which includes originating numbers (ANI) for every caller that dialed into a reservationless call (where available), and extensive detail on each conference call, including related miscellaneous expenses (e.g., recordings, transcriptions, participation lists, etc.) Through a newly designed online user interface, customers are able to easily view their conferencing activity and export the data to a spreadsheet for more detailed analysis.
